There are no dumb questions here.
Yes, there’s nothing stopping you can using the Ball to Pin measurement to find the distance between any two objects.

I felt the same way until I left my rangefinder stuck on the golf cart and went home. Never saw it again. Now I keep it in my bag. A $400 lesson learned.

Thankyou Matt. So small I can fit it in my back pocket, lightning fast distances AND the cutting edge ball to pin “triangulation” only available until now in the $350-400 CUBE. Matt, you have changed my golfing life and saved me a bunch of money !!! I hang mine from my bag or slip it in my back pocket–I don’t see the lack of a cart magnet as a drawback, you have to go to your bag to get your clubs, so just shoot, grab your clubs, and go. I am sure I will be shooting everyone else’s distances when overseed/cart path only days roll around.
